Principle Functions

• Conduct all administrative/business matters vital to the operation of the Association including decisions on routine as well as emergency matters between sessions of the Associational Board.
• Initiate and recommend matters concerning business management for the Association.
• Prepare an annual operating budget for the Association and present the prepared budget for approval by the messengers at the October Annual Meeting.
• Monitor the execution of the approved Associational budget.
• Provide annually for an audit of the Treasurer's records and report the condition of those financial records to the Association.
• Report to the Association Board and the October Associational Annual Meeting the budget's progress throughout the year.
• Serve as the Association's personnel committee approving employment of all personnel except the Associational Missions Strategist (AMS). This team will operate by the personnel policies adopted by the Association.
• Accept applications for membership into the Association from newly constituted churches and may receive said churches under watch-care until the next Annual Meeting.
• Meet at least quarterly or as often as needed with a quorum of at least five team members in order to transact any business matters.

Building & Grounds Team

Includes duties of former Properties Team. Responsible for the care and maintenance of association facilities.

Mission Van/Trailer Team

Includes duties of former Mission Van/Trailer Maintenance Team. Oversees the association's mission vehicles and equipment.

Nominating Team

Includes duties of former Nominating Team and Team on Teams. Responsible for identifying and nominating leaders for association roles.
